At Premier Cardiology Care, we provide prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of all types of heart disease and peripheral vascular disease.
We offer a full range of advanced cardiac care services to you and your loved ones, eliminating the need for you to travel great distances for high-quality cardiac care.
If you begin to experience heart problems, our team has the training and experience to care for you.
Our specialists diagnose and treat a range of heart and vascular conditions including:
Cardiac Arrest:
Cardiac arrest occurs when the heart's electrical system malfunctions due to an abnormal, irregular heart rhythm. Knowing how to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) or use a device called a defibrillator to shock the heart may save a life. It’s vital that normal heart rhythm be restored within a few minutes.
Congenital Heart Defects:
Congenital heart defects, often small holes in the heart, are the most common birth defects. When they require treatment, we offer effective options for a healthy heart and healthy life.
Heart Arrhythmia and Atrial Fibrillation (Afib):
We treat all irregular heart rhythms - fast, slow or abnormal. Our cardiologists offer treatments ranging from medication to surgery to get you and your heart back on beat.
Heart Attack:
A heart attack occurs when blood flow to the heart is blocked. Without quickly reopening the artery, the part of the heart not getting blood begins to die. This is different than cardiac arrest, which occurs when the heart stops beating altogether.
Heart Failure:
When you have heart failure, your heart is not pumping blood throughout your body as well as it should. This means that parts of your body are not receiving enough oxygen-rich blood to work normally. This leads to the symptoms of heart failure.
Heart Valve Disease:
Valves regulate blood flow within the heart. When they’re not working correctly, it causes a number of symptoms. We offer surgical and less-invasive treatments to keep your heart pumping.
High Blood Pressure:
There are two types of high blood pressure, primary and secondary. Primary hypertension is a condition that develops gradually with adults and there is no one known cause. Secondary hypertension, however, can come on suddenly and has higher spikes in blood pressure readings than primary hypertension. When you need help managing your high blood pressure, we offer effective options.
Varicose Veins:
Varicose veins, also called vein or venous disease, is a condition of the veins in the leg in which the veins become swollen, giving a bumpy and twisted appearance. Varicose veins can cause pain, leg swelling and long term damage.
Vascular and Arterial Disease:
When conditions in your veins or arteries slow you down, treatments from medication to surgery can relieve pain and restore your quality of life.
Even if you haven't been diagnosed with any of these heart and vascular conditions, you may be at risk. Take this quick survey to assess your chances of heart disease.
